Tonin's phrase was: "If you can't make it fresh, don't serve it!". Toni's goal was to bring the real Pizza Caffe & Gelato down to the Oakville marketplace. He knew that great Oregano pizza could be made anywhere by using quality ingredients, his recipes, and a whole lot of passion.

By using his culinary experience, Toni was able to blend the simplicity of the Pizzeria with the freshness of the Fine Restaurant. It was at this time that the Oregano's Pizzeria concept started to materialize. Toni's was able to serve high quality food while providing a quick and casual dining experience. The Oregano's concept was introduced in 2005 in the Oakville market in an area where the majority of customers were from Bronte Taown and they truly appreciated the Oreganos style pizza, giant pizza slices, and calzones, Pastas , Sandwiches, Espress Coffee and Capucino, 24 unique flavours of gelato. Toni also quickly gained recognition for his fresh food and his affordable prices.

Toni has always stayed grounded to his roots. He truly believes that freshness and quality are his standards for success.
